Charlie Morley invites you to a talk and book signing in celebration of his new book Wake up to Sleep which is all about how to combat the harmful effects of stress & trauma to achieve restful sleep and healing dreams.
We’ll explore what to do when sleep hygiene hacks don’t work and insufficient sleep starts affecting our mental and physical well-being. As well as how to work with our anxiety dreams and integrate our nightmares.
This will be Charlie's first "in real life" event for over a year so expect a high energy talk, guided breathwork practices, a book signing and an optional dance party afterwards!
Charlie has spent the past 5 years developing a mindfulness-based approach to stress or trauma-affected sleep (originally developed for military veterans) that combines breathwork, lucid dreaming and Yoga Nidra to help regulate the nervous system, relax deeply and achieve the best possible sleep.
The techniques and practices explored in this talk and in the book will help you optimize the time you spend dreaming and show you how to sleep better and wake up healthier.
