Katie helps people build a healthier, more soulful relationship with social media and AI—combining neuroscience, somatic tools, and spiritual wisdom with practical rituals for everyday life.

A certified Digital Wellbeing coach and teacher, Katie supports communities in schools, and on festival stages, including Glastonbury Festival (The Common) and Boomtown (Ancient Futures). She has spoken at the Hay House Writers Workshop and the Mind Body Spirit Festival, and consults on compassionate, values-led digital practices.

Former social media manager to Diana Cooper and Rebecca Campbell, Katie has consulted for many well known spiritual teachers over the years. She is the author of Social Media For A New Age, which was a finalist in the Business Book Awards self-care category in 2019 and won a Gold Sony Award for Best Internet Program (podcast) back in 2007.

Her current offering, Empowering Your Digital Self, is born from her Digital Mystery School which offers guided journeys and grounded frameworks for digital balance, discernment and agency in the age of AI.
