Addiction is a state of dis-ease or distance from ease.  

Yoga brings ease to the mind/body system and therefore is an important element to move beyond addiction in all its forms.  Inside each of us is a storehouse of energy that can be activated through steady practice of Yoga and Meditation.  

One of the blessings of Kundalini activation is the correct operation of our endocrine system otherwise known as the infinite pharmacy within.  When our endocrine system works correctly, it distributes the right chemicals in the right amounts to the right places at the right time.  

This is called the experience of bliss (ananda) and this is the purpose of this talk.
