We are delighted to welcome Cate Mackenzie to the circle for the first time. Cate is a Psychosexual Therapist, Couples Counsellor and Love Coach. She gives monthly Facebook lives on relationships for Psychologies Magazine and wrote a column on love for Spirit and Destiny Magazine for two years.

She has taught in 6 countries, sold her heart paintings in 80 countries and was the dating coach for Channel 4's "The Undateables". Cate believes in love and relationship and helping people to have the tools to have the relationship with themselves and others that they desire and so be able to manifest the life of their dreams.

We welcome back the magical San Lau to the circle. San is a Trained Sound Healing Practitioner who uses Gongs, Crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Drums and other instruments to create Sound sessions and Gongbaths. She will be offering a Healing Stellar Gongbath and Sound Journey.

Come along and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound!

Please bring along a yoga mat and/or something warm to wrap yourself with. The floor is carpeted so it is a comfortable and cosy space.

The day will start with a self love group meditation and destress session.

There will be tea, coffee and snacks available all day and lots of time to connect with the other gatherers.
