Description:

We are living through an unprecedented period of social, political, and climate instability.  In times like these, many of us rely on our spiritual practices for support and insight. But what if your spiritual practices are actually replicating the systems of violence that perpetuates this collective instability?

Join Bestselling authors Nova Reid (The Good Ally) and Lama Rod Owens (The New Saints) as they explore the work of decolonization in our spiritual practice. This work not only supports us personally, but can also lead to the disruption of systematic violence towards deeper collective care and liberation.

Their talk will offer insight into decolonization as a practice that invites us into a deeper relationship with ancestor practice, returning to love and accountability as ethical frameworks for change, and the role of developing self-trust, radical self and collective care as means to support real liberation.
