David will also share fascinating new insights around the science of kindness, how it supports our mental health (it can make us happier, counter stress, depression, and anxiety), and even improve the health of our hearts and immune systems.
David will also talk about self-kindness: what it is, why it matters, and share different ways we can practice it in our lives to improve our own wellbeing.
David will also discuss some of the more challenging questions around kindness, like what to do when someone isn’t being kind to you, how to prioritise your kindness when you have limited time or resources, and other similar conundrums.
