Jasmine Hemsley will be joining Shaman Durek on Saturday for a talk on Ayurveda, the 5000 year old 'Science of Life', to kick off the event.  Jasmine is a London-based wellness and nutrition expert and a best selling author.  She is the co-founder of Hemsley + Hemsley and her first solo book East by West: Simple Recipes for Ultimate Mind-Body Balance has just launched. Most people find their power through strength, courage and through overcoming things.  They also find their power through what they own, what they have and who they are in society, but power is not found through any of those things.

Power is not found in their capacity to be good people.  Power is found when they are able to go into the shadow and confront it and realise that all of their power is found in the unknown. 

When you step into the unknown you step into the place where you see beyond the veil. 

This workshop is about seeing beyond the veil of your lives seeing where your true power lies and what your power is. Once you recognise that power is with you when you go behind the veil, you will be able to see how it would remarkably change your life and the perception of your life in such a way that you begin to really live your authentic truth.
