Effortless mindfulness is an advanced, yet simple way of making small shifts of awareness―or mindful glimpses―in the midst of your day, to access essential well being, clarity and a capacity to be with whatever arises.
In this two session online course with Loch, you will learn simple and effective micro-meditations based in the wisdom traditions, psychology, and neuroscience research.
As you learn to access these short glimpses of awakening, you’ll find that you are able to immediately drop from your chattering mind into your wise heart-mind.
