In this two session online course with Loch, you will learn simple and effective micro-meditations based in the wisdom traditions, psychology, and neuroscience research.

About the speaker, Loch Kelly

Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW is the creator of the award winning meditatiion app, Mindful Glimpses, author of two books, a licensed psychotherapist and recognized leader in the field of nondual meditation and awakening. He is the founder of the nonprofit Effortless Mindfulness Institute and has worked in community mental health in New York City.

He has graduate degrees from Columbia University and Union Theological where he received a fellowship to study meditation in Sri Lanka, India and Nepal. Loch has collaborated with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn and NYU in the study of how awareness training can enhance compassion and wellbeing. Loch is known for his warm sense of humor, his effective meditations and introducing awakening as the next natural stage of our development.
