Can We Ever Really Change?
We all have patterns of behaviour that we use consistently in our lives. We usually take them on as children simply learning from our parents so we can survive and hopefully thrive in our environment. They could be roles like playing the victim, acting the martyr or being a pleaser. They might be ways of thinking such as being over critical or skeptical or may be recurring feelings such as anger or depression. Such patterns can cause problems in our lives now.
In this talk, Tim Laurence will look at the ways we can change and the wisdom of leaving aside what we cannot change. He will use recent research as well as many years of working with the Hoffman Process, renowned for helping people make dramatic shifts in their lives.
