Her ability to weave emotions into words is unparalleled, creating a sanctuary of comfort and self-discovery for her readers.' – VEX KING

Self-love means to have an appreciation and positive regard for yourself. When you have a strong sense of self-love, you understand your own value and treat yourself in a loving way.

But for those who have experienced trauma, pain or loss, learning to love yourself may not be as easy as it sounds. This was certainly the case for author Ruby Dhal, who writes about the many hardships in her life and how she learnt to cultivate self-love very intentionally from a young age.

For this very special one-off event, Ruby will be live on stage in London sharing her self-love toolkit to help empower you to access your inner strength, trust in yourself and build the life you deserve.

Ruby will be joined by some very special guests on stage who will be providing performances that promote healing and empowerment, ensuring you leaving the night with an even deeper sense of inner peace and purpose.

Writer, poet and BBC radio presenter Salma El-Wardany joins us as host for this evening's celebration.
